Dr. Jenny Hofmeister is an environmental scientist at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. She focuses on invertebrate fishery management, abalone restoration, and the ecology and behavior of southern California octopuses. She studies the movement and habitat of marine predators, and how their spatial ecology influences their predatory impact on prey species.
